Rules of the Road

            1. The System of Profound Knowledge is made up of four interacting elements
            2.  The most important things in the System cannot be predicted or measured.
            3.  Millions of dollars are spent on systems that do not work. (There is a 25% success
rate with reoganization after 4 years.

There are No Substitutes for Knowledge

·        Once individuals understand the System of Profound Knowledge, they will apply its principles in every kind of human relationship. They will also have a basis for judgment of their own decisions as well as for the transformation of the organizations to which they belong. The individual, once transformed, will:

         --  Set an example
--  Be a good listener, but will not compromise
         --  Continually teach other people
--  Help people pull away from current practices and beliefs and move into the new
              philosophy without feelings of guilt

Start by Learning the Four Basic Components

                    1.  Appreciation of the System
                    2.  Knowledge of Variation
                    3.  Theory of Knowledge
                    4.  Psychology
